I've had chronic back problems for about 3 years. These back problems have caused excruciating pain and have affected my mobility and quality of life greatly. I've tried chiropractors, orthopedic specialists, and physical therapy to only minimal improvement. I had never heard of fascial stretching before but I was willing to try anything and I'm SO glad I did try.
