Hi, I'm Ciara!

I'm originally from San Francisco, CA and have been calling Vegas home since I was 2. I am married to my beautiful wife, and together, we have two cool kids, and an awesome pup named Dexter. I'm a lover of Disney, traveling to new places, and playing guitar.
I started my health journey at a young age, becoming a personal trainer for Gold's Gym and then moved on to be a celebrity trainer for the Aria. After an unfortunate event, I learned about sciatica the hard way and found that I am not as invincible as I remembered. That's when I was inspired to change career directions and began this journey of healing and helping others. Being able to help someone move without pain, glide past restrictions, and progress beyond what was deemed improbable makes me love what I do. I love seeing my clients progress more and more with each session.
